Property info
Our apartments are situated in the heart of Fabrika square, only a short walk from the city center, the windmills and Little Venice. By staying in our apartments you have immediate access to all the bus routes of Fabrika station, including the airport, the port and many famous and unmissable beaches.
There is also a free municipal parking lot just a short distance from our apartments as well as many private ones.
As for the services we provide inside the apartments, we offer free of charge luggage storage 24/7 (after request) and the apartments are equipped with excellent soundproof windows and air conditioning units, for a great night's sleep.
Also, we offer free of charge a light breakfast (self service) that you can find inside the apartment, including Nespresso coffee capsules and instant coffee, frisks with honey, butter and marmalade, tea, chamomile and bottles of water.
Last but not least, inside the apartments you will also find beach supplies, including, beach towels, sand mats and beach parasols, for the duration of your stay.
