Recently renovated, secure ground floor apartment, a block from the beach (two minute walk) a private car space a few meters from the entrance. There are two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, solar panel and terrace with outdoor furniture with a garden where young children can play. There is a double and two singles beds, a couch that sleeps two people (6 guests can easily sleep). Included: TV, WI-FI hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, stove, plates, cups, cutlery, sheets & towels.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood a block from the beach. There are cafes, taverns and bars all within a 5 minute walk. The area is flat and is ideal for relaxing walks by the seafront. There are shops nearby and the shopping mall, Cosmos, is a 15 minute drive. The airport is 5 Km (15' by car) away.
