Property description The House: FREE WI FI A very well maintained, detached holiday home on a hillside above the sandy beach of Peroulia. The house is surrounded by beautiful grounds with paved paths and lots of flowers and shrubs. oleanders, lemon, orange and olive trees. The sea is crystal clear blue, not deep and no waves. You will enjoy swimming in the warm sea, sunbathing and long walks on the sandy beach at the edge of the wave. The house has two separate houses, TAKIS & MICHALIS each with about 60 m² living space .------- Facilities: The house is. to michalis 2 (right half) has a large kitchen with table and chairs, kitchen with electric oven and hob, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower (cubicle) and toilet. Two separate bedrooms: Once a double bed (large closet), just two single beds (extra bed for a 5th person possible). From one of the bedrooms and kitchen with access to the large, furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. The house has a TV, air conditioning and screens on windows and doors. . Wireless Internet is available. Washing machine is available.
