Our cozy, home-style apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, as well as a beautiful seaside promenade with lovely tavernas—perfect for relaxing walks, breakfasts, or sunset dinners. The apartment is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home, offering plenty of space and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom has been fully renovated, featuring a brand-new shower cabin, new toilet, and fresh tiling. You can also enjoy a barbecue area with a summer terrace, ideal for outdoor dining—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent: very close to the sea and the city center, with supermarkets, a fresh food market, and convenient transport links all nearby. Free street parking is available. The apartment is also conveniently located just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Nearby, only a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the marina, where a boat departs every hour directly to the center of Thessaloniki—a scenic and enjoyable 40-minute trip. The apartment is located in the very center of Perea, a charming seaside town known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful coastline. Just nearby, you’ll find a local supermarket, Matsoutes, offering natural Greek products and all daily essentials. On Mondays and Fridays, Perea hosts lively farmers’ markets where you can enjoy fresh, affordable seafood, as well as locally grown fruits and vegetables. Perea is known as the first clean beach area from Thessaloniki where swimming is allowed, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the sea. The area is full of traditional tavernas serving delicious local food and drinks, all set along a beautiful promenade ideal for walks by the water.
