A cosy and spacious property for 4 people with the potential for a 5th one, Harbour View Holiday Home is fitted with all the necessities for a smooth and pleasant stay in Syros island and Hermoupolis town. Located on the top 2nd floor of one of the oldest buildings in Hermoupolis, accesible only by stairs (there is no lift), the flat is approximately 50sq.m. with two separate bedrooms, open plan kitchen/seating area and a big veranda with magnificent views. The first bedroom has one double bed and ample wardrobe storage. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be turned to a double bed. Both have an AC unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove top, fridge, kettle, toaster, and cutlery/crockery while there is also a big flat smart tv, free WiFi and a couch that can turn into a bed.

Standing between one of the most popular for walking by the sea streets and the most famous pedestrial street market in the whole island, it's no exaggeration saying that you are at the heart of Hermoupolis town! Located 500meters from the port and the bus station, it is easily accesible on foot, by car and scooter, while the famous townhall and miaouli square is 300 meters away, Apollon theater 350 and church of Saint Nikolas 400 meters away, and there is a taxi station close by. Restaurants, cafeterias, bars, are only a grasp away from this cosy and friendly property, though if you prefer to spend your time inside, you can enjoy the huge balkony while watching the sea view expanding from the famous Customs building up to the hill of the church of the resurrection of the Lord. Please note that due to the cosmopolitan location of the property, it is reasonable to expect a certain ammount of traffic sounds and people passing by.
