It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. The property has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with TVs throughout, the kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge. The bathroom has hot water, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Features a comfortable terrace overlooking the Libyan Sea
It is radically renovated in 2021 while we have preserved many traditional elements. It has wonderful sea and mountain views
The property is located in the center of the village in a quiet neighborhood with the square being 50 steps away where the traditional café for coffee and food is located while super market and other taverns are located 100-150 meters from Harmony family house. The picturesque narrow streets of the village are ideal for walking offering beautiful images to visitors, while Edi Preveli or Palm Forest is 12 km away from the property. It is also 14 km away and 23 km from health center at spili village .
