Spacious, luminous, recently renovated flat in a beautiful and quiet family building. It has independent entrance. There is one multiuse room with a queen size bed (American style) and a sofa that you can relax and enjoy your coffee or drink, a kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator, electric oven, toast maker, coffee-maker, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils) with a laptop friendly corner and a bathroom. It all includes flat screen smart TV, free and limitless WiFi and one a/c unit. The flat can easily accommodate 4 guests, 2 persons on the queen size bed and 2 persons on the sofa bed. The preparation for 2-person bookings is for the bed only. The use of a sofa is charged as an extra bedding. Clean linen and towels are included. The flat is completely private and you will have your own set of keys. There are stairs going in the house and there are couple of steps inside of the house. Luggage drop off for arriving early or departing late is possible upon request and availability.
