Our home is about 120 square meters and is just 40 meters from the sea. The first floor consists of an open plan living/ dining area and a full equiped kitchen with electric appliances and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area is comfortably furnished including a dining table, a large sofa and 43'' Television. Also there is a bath with shower and a laundry room. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with cupboards and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This bathroom can be isolated from the rest of the house and can be used as a private bathroom for the main bedroom. The first floor is air contitioned and two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well. Finally there is a balcony in each floor and private parking available in front of the garden. Our guests rave about the luxurious construction of the accommodation and the cleanliness, to which the owners give special importance. The location is also a point of reference as it offers relaxation but at the same time it is located at a point where everything is easily accessible in just a few minutes!
An environment shaped with passion and elegance that one can enjoy his vacation. It is only 40 meters from the sea, where you can rent a boat and explore the beautiful beaches of the island, Meganisi, Scorpio and countless, inaccessible by car beaches, which are an attraction for hundreds of tourists each year. . There is a private parking space and all the amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The area "Episkopos" is located between the city of Lefkada and Nidri, the two most popular destinations for entertainment.
The area of Episkopos is between the city of Lefkas and Nydri, where you can enjoy your entertainment. The neighbourhood is offered both for relaxing and entertainment. It is a peaceful neighbourhood but you can find all around and in a small distance beach bars, crowded beaches, coffee shops, super markets, restaurants etc. Specifically, at a distance of two kilometers from the house towards Nydri, is the village of Nikiana, where it has traditional taverns and restaurants in the port as well as beach bars, cafes, Super Market, Ovens, Pharmacy, etc. At a distance of one kilometer towards Lefkada, there is the village of Lygia, with taverns on the sea, restaurants, bars but also a Super Market, Bakery, Pharmacy, etc.
