The house is located near the sea, overlooking the sea and the mountain (Ismaros), easily accessible from the main road. It offers the ideal holiday for rest, tranquility and relaxation. The property has 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. Also, there is the possibility for cooking as well as the possibility for barbecue.
I am a retired civil servant and enjoy gardening and fishing. My love for Platanitis is great, as it offers unique beauty and combines mountain and sea, that's why I offer my accommodation, so that everyone can get to know this place.
The house is 300 meters from the sea, nearby there is an organized beach with a beach bar, as well as a free beach for swimming. The nearest village (Maroneia) is 7 km away with taverns and cafes. However, there are also at a closer distance (1 km) seaside taverns, where one can taste fresh fish of the area. The place is ideal for nature lovers and for hiking.
