Please note that your reservation is for the ground floor of the villa and includes exclusive private use of the pool area during your stay. The upper floors of the villa are separately occupied, so the entire villa is not rented as a whole. The property is located in Poseidonia, offering a clean, quiet and well-built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops.
