You are directly in front of the sea and can swim immediately in crystal-clear waters. We are located in the town centre, so you can reach restaurants, shops, and points of interest within a few minutes. You enjoy an incomparable view of the Horn of Amalthea and the sea. Our private rooftop offers tables for dining, sun loungers, parasols, a washing machine, and a dedicated area for drying your clothes. You will enjoy an extraordinary view and a private space for spending time with family or friends. The view from the individual accommodations is just as beautiful. The accommodations are renovated, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary to ensure a pleasant stay. The toilets and showers are private. You can park your car on the public street in front of our building free of charge. ---- **House Rules ** *In Crete, we do not flush toilet paper down the toilet. Please throw it in the bathroom bin instead. * Please note that we are not a hotel, so there is no traditional reception desk. However, we are available every day by message and are often on site if needed. * Housekeeping is provided before your arrival and after your departure only. Daily cleaning is not included during your stay. * Parties are not allowed in the accommodations. Guests are asked to be quiet and respectful of other travelers during all the day and espacially between 10pm (22h) and 9am (9h). Adults are responsible for ensuring that their children and pets do not disturb other guests. * Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations but is permitted on the balconies and the rooftop.
