The house is situated above Kionia area (below the village of Ktikados) on a hillside overlooking an archaeological site, with majestic sea,sun-set &mountain views. The sitting room is a spacious/relaxing area, excellent sea view, inbuilt fire place, smart TV&A/C. Bedrooms have multiple wardrobes & A/C. The kitchen is large & fully equipped including Bosch electrical appliances. Bed sheeting, pillows, blanket and towels are provided. Cleaning and washing can be carried out by the visitor or an external cleaner at the visitors cost. Infinity pool is located beneath the family house 30 metres from the guest house, and is only used by guests. There are various facilities around the pool such a seating area and shower. A small cross-over car or small 4X4 is required as part of road is off-road.
I am a Greek-Cypriot born in London and living the last 40 years in Greece. Family is very important in our culture, and I have 3 adult children. I am now a pensioner having spent nearly 35 years in the Agricultural business. I enjoy travelling and i would like to visit countries in Asia and Far-East with my wife (Debbie). I like watching movies and documentaries especially on the environment and Science related. I am fond of both English and Greek music and i am a great admirer of Elvis Presley. I enjoy football but also have a passion for for tennis after having followed Roger Federer throughout his career. I plan to spend more time in Tinos and my wife and i are looking forward to receiving visitors to extend our hospitality and the beautiful places in Tinos .
The house is situated in a very quiet area called Samaki overlooking Kionia(below the village of Ktikados) with hardly any disturbances. A small part of the road (1.3km) is off road so a small cross-over or a 4x4 car is required. The neighborhood is sparsely populated with the nearest neighbor 100m away and a complex of villas/houses a little further away. Still much a countryside area and many a time you will see goats, sheep, cows, horses, hares and even porcupines.
