This unique piece of property is a typical sample of an Athenian residence of the 60s. Located on a pedestrian way, across the street from the US embassy, it's just a short 15-minute walk from downtown's Syntagma Sq., or 2 stops by metro. The apartment was renovated again in January 2024 and has three bedrooms with working desks in each one of them, a huge living room with two sofas and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom with a washing machine, a WC, two long balconies on the front and back, etc. Very fast wifi, smart TV, 4 ac units, independent gas heating, hot water 24/7, double glassing windows, parquet floors, a treadmill, are just a few of the amenities that make your stay a wonderful experience.
