This lovely luxury apartment is located close to the Port of Rafina, on a quiet hill overlooking the sea. The sunrise is amazing! It rises over the island of Evia, shines onto the sea and into the master bedroom and living room. The apartment is bright and cheerful. There is a foot path that takes you to a secluded beach, 50 m away from the apartment. Within a 5 km radius one has the option of island hopping; or visiting various archaeological sites, and beaches.

Rafina is a port town serving ferries to the southern part of Euboea as well as most of the Cyclades (Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Milos, Santorini, etc.). Rafina center offers cafes, sea restaurants, shopping etc.. The luxury apartment is close to the Port and center but far enough to enjoy ones privacy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is within walking distance of the center of Rafina and the Port. There is a foot path that takes you to a secluded beach, 50m away from the apartment. In addition, there is an organized beach with umbrellas just down the road towards the port. There is a pharmacy, kiosk, bakery and restaurant close by within 500-650 m.
