Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε σχετικά καινούργια πολυκατοικία πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Πλησίον πάρκου αναψυχής , αθλητικού κέντρου και 10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο της πόλης περπατημα.
Οι φιλοξενούμενοι να απολαύσουν την διαμονή τους έχοντας ολες σχεδον τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται σε ενα ήσυχο και ασφαλη χωρο έχοντας θεα τον Ολυμπο.
Πισω απο το άγαλμα του Ιπποκράτη οπου βρίσκεται και μουσείο δίπλα στο πάρκο του Αλκαζάρ μπορεις να περπατήσεις η να τρέξεις για τους δρομείς την κοίτη του Πηνειού μεσα απο καταπράσινα δέντρα. Στα 100 μετρα θα βρεις το συνοικιακό μίνι μάρκετ για τα απαραίτητα.
