Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Villa Irida is a stunning beachfront villa, situated along the popular sandy shores of Rethymno town. This magnificent modern villa sets a high standard in terms of design, appliances, and furnishings, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. It enjoys a prime location right on the beach of Rethymno, approximately 3 kilometers from the town center, and is conveniently surrounded by a variety of amenities, including taverns, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The villa is spread across three levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances (including a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and oven), a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room with WC, a second bedroom with a double bed and one more shower/wc. French doors from this level lead to a charming covered veranda with patio furniture, situated adjacent to the pool and offering direct, breathtaking views of the Cretan sea and the sandy beach. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where three more bedrooms are located. Two of these bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, and the third has two single beds. Additionally, two shower rooms with WC can be found on this floor, one of which is en suite to one of the bedrooms with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort. The third level, accessible via a marble staircase from the middle level, features the sixth bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining shower room with WC. Additionally, a playroom with a billiard table awaits, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. Outside, a lovely 32 square meter pool (4 x 8 meters) complements the villa, surrounded by a small grassy area, perfect for children's play. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool. With the convenience of local amenities, a car is not necessary.
