Most of IRIS got fully modernised when the second generation took over, but what remained the same from the beginning is that we want to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. For us this means treating each person individually and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Since we first opened, our aspiration was to make our guests feel at home and what we count our success on is smiles and goodbye hugs.

The second generation has completely revamped the style, designed for visitors that want to explore all aspects of the Greek island lifestyle. It is equally convenient for couples, families and friends as it offers different sizes of studios and apartments with a range of amenities.

IRIS is perfectly situated next to everything Skiathos town is known for, being just 150 meters away from the main Papadiamanti Street and 300 meters away from the picturesque Old Port with the cafes and the famous ‘Maksilares’ cocktails. There is a plethora of restaurants and Greek tavernas around the hotel and the town, making it practically impossible to miss trying all the local specialties during your stay. The ‘Megali Ammos’ beach is also walking distance, just about 15min away, and is a popular choice for those who prefer to stay away from transportation during their holidays. With the main road connecting the town and the rest of the south being only few minutes away, driving to one of the famous beaches is very easy as well.
