The house is situated 24kilometers southwest of corfu town in the village of Agios Matheos, right in the centre in a small quiet lane. One hundred meters away are restaurants, bars, supermarket, butcher, hairdressers, chemist and doctors surgery. Five kilometers away are wonderful sandy beaches and on the way are petrol stations. The house compromises one double bedroom, one large open plan modern living room with two double sofa beds, tv, DVD and air conditioning .
