Joanna has been renting apartments since 1989. She loves her job, her place and tries to give guests the best possible experience by helping them choose activities or destinations around our small village. She loves gardening and the sea. As a hobby, she enjoys tending to a small vegetable garden that she maintains in Agia Pelagia.

Our apartments are made to resemble traditional Cretan houses: With the beds on the mezzanine like the "ondas" of Cretan houses. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Finally, with a small ground floor terrace, to enjoy your coffee or breakfast there. Equipped with modern, low-consumption appliances for the kitchen, air conditioning, solar heating for water and a specially insulated ceiling to reduce the temperature. I would also like to mention our large garden, with flowers and trees native to our area, such as pomegranate, tangerine, and apricot trees, which you can enjoy having breakfast - lunch - dinner, excercising , sunbathing ect throughout your stay.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood has been described by visitors as the quietest in the area, picturesque with narrow streets, as you will find in many villages in Crete or on our islands. We are located in the center of the village, very close to the beach and the main road of the village (just 30 meters from the beach as the crow flies). For those with a small car or motorbike, there is also a parking space next to our garden or in front of the road. For those of you with a large or medium-sized car, there is the central parking lot of the village, located 200 meters away with a very cheap daily ticket.
