Property info

This eco-friendly house is located approximately 1km from the centre of Agia Pelagia which has 7 local beaches.The house(1 of 2),is solar powered. The adjoining house sleeps 2 guests only. The house runs solely on solar power,it has solar hot water.There is no air conditioning due to this and any extra heavy appliances(over 1000 watt)such as hair dryers,straighteners etc that may be brought by the guest can only work with the supplied petrol generator for minimal use which has a working time of 2.5hrs per tank. Oven/stoves are gas powered. Incredible views of the opposite mainland(Peloponissos) and Agia Pelagia especially from the shared outdoor pergola/bbq area.1 tank of fuel(2-2.5 hours)is supplied,however,any extra use is at the guests expense.Fans can be supplied on request,however the house has 80cm thick walls and is generally cool and will only need to be used in extreme heatwaves.Fans can be operated through the day but for 2-3 hours at night.Water is supplied from the local well for all washing which is not drinkable.All other appliances supplied such as tvs,wifi etc all run full time without any problems.Mobile phone chargers,laptops etc are also not a problem.
