The apartment for rent is located by the sea in Kamari of Xylokastro in the province of Korinthia in the middle of the route from Athens to Patras. It is on the first floor of a two-storey luxurious cottage in a large seaside plot which also includes an outdoor swimming pool and a barbeque kiosk. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of electrics appliances and kitchen utensils, a big refrigerator, electric cooker with an oven, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave oven etc. A washing machine is also available. All the bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, closets, curtains, lights and they are fully equipped. The living room and the 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and there is a floor fan in the fourth bedroom of the ground level. The heating is autonomous with radiators and a boiler. All the rooms have windows with a marvelous view to the sea. The living-room has access to a big veranda with a view to the Korinthian gulf. The bedroom at the rear of the flat has its own balcony with a view to the mountain, a monastery at the background and of course to our swimming-pool and barbeque.

We are a loving family that has always been in the real estate and the tourism industry. Our beach house has been hosting friends, family and guests for almost 20 years and it's full of loving memories. We are very kind and hospitable people and we will make our best to satisfy your needs, and we will help you spent a great vacation at out home. We often make bbq parties or beach parties with our guests and we try to treat everyone like family!

Kamari is a picturesque seaside village and a great advantage is that a chemist’s, a bakery, a news agent’s, a kiosk, a market, taverns etc. are all within walking distance. 5’ min. away (by car or bus) is the well-known Xylokastro. You can enjoy a ride on your bike there which will take just 10’ min. Xylokastro is well-known for its pine wood. It is 20’ min. away from Kiato by car. Kiato is a maritime town which can easily be reached in 1 hour and 30’ min, if someone takes the suburban train from Eleftherios Venizelos airport. This means that the visitor can arrive in Kiato and we can help him reach Kamari in our own car. During your stay at Kamari, you can take short trips to mountainous Korinthia, Ancient Korinthos, Ancient Olympia, Patra etc... or even go on a tour of Peloponnisos.
