Kampos Villas are two brand new Villas, 2015 construction, near Panormos in Crete! Each Villa features 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large verandas, private swimming pools (that can be heated with extra fee), lawn covered terrace, BBQ facilities (refrigerator & sink) and dining area, as well as as shared playground, a shared ping pong table & a shared table football! Also, there is a traditional tavern 30 meters from the Villas! Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Extras: - There are 2 folding beds that can be placed either at living room or bedroom of each Villa - available upon request. - Each Villa has a baby crib also, which can be placed in one of the bedrooms. -High quality Double-Sided Turnable Mattresses for villa II. Weddings & Events: Celebrate the wedding of your dreams in the one & only Island within a sophisticated and luxurious setting. We can offer you special wedding incentives for your event, giving you a taste of a regional style wedding in Crete for the most memorable day of your life. *The two villas can be also rent together if wished for your special occasion. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80 euros /day for the first two days & 40 euros /every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Kampos Villas are located in Achlades village and are 60 meters away from a cafe and a lovely taverna that belongs to the owners of the villas. In Perama town, 9 minutes away by car from the Villas, you can find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 9 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need: well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop and a bakery.
