The renovated house is built on the south coast Rethymno. It is a spacious and bright house that can host 6 people. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms ( two of them have en-suite bathrooms) and an independent bathroom with washing machine. Each bedroom is equipped with air-condition unit and TV. Upstairs there are a fully equipped kitchen,a living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV and a modern fireplace. The best part of the property is a private terrace with a big jacuzzi! The house facilities cater to the needs of the modern traveler, authentic and simple. In addition, is ideal for families because of the cooking facilities (kitchen,coffee machine,dishes,glasses,cups,cutlery and cooking utensils). Moreover, it is ideal for couples who want to explore Crete in a few days, but also for those who want relaxation on their holidays!! The Location Advantage! The villa is located in the village of Agkouseliana, a peaceful place in famous south Coast of Crete! It is the most suitable destination to explore the beaches of south Crete! There is a taverna with local cuisine and a bakery in the village. Also there is a supermarket and a gas station one km away from the property. Strolling its narrow streets, one can see the old houses of the village and discover its history. Our place is fifteen minutes far away (using a car) from Plakias . Although in wintertime Plakias is a quiet village, in summer time, becomes a beautiful destination full of life. Plakias port accommodates boats cruises in the summer months. Moreover in Plakias you will find supermarkets, jewellery shops, restaurants and bars!
