The property is located in Timenio, a lived-in, traditional Greek neighborhood just outside Nafplio. The area has a mix of older homes and local character. In summer, it can be lively with neighborhood activity; during the rest of the year, it’s more laid-back. While the surroundings are simple and authentic, the bungalow itself provides a calm and well-cared-for retreat to come back to at the end of the day.
