Property info

Katias House is accessed via a private gate that leads you down a flight of steps on several layers. (80) Parking is on the side of the road . There are well kept gardens a swimming pool and sun beds to relax and a shaded pergola area with seating and views into the famous marine park to the northern Islands of Kyria panagia . There are private steps leading from the garden area down to the port and tavernas. There is a brick built bbq for alfresco cooking. Katias house has 2 floors The lower level has an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sofa bed that can sleep a child. There is a bathroom with wc, sink and shower on this floor . A wooden stair case leads to the main bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed , French doors lead to a large a large balcony with Seating that overlooks the small port. There is an ensuite bathroom with wc, sink and shower cubicle . Maid service once a week is included with change of Linens and Towels

The charming Katias villa overlooks the quaint traditional fishing port of Kalamakia. Kalamakia is approximately 13 km from Patitiri port and will ensure you a peaceful quiet holiday with stunning views . There are four traditional fish Tavernas just a 5 minute walk down the hill from the house . The slightly larger port of Steni Vala is just a 5 min drive or 20 min walk , here you will find a well stocked mini market and a good handful of local restaurants offering some of the best home cooking on the Island. 4 beaches to explore all close to the port. The largest beach of Agios Dimitrios is just a 7 min drive from the house.
