Луксозният комплекс Катрин е най-модерното и луксозно място за настаняване в региона. Състои се от 8 напълно реновирани през 2018 г. студия, като всички стаи имат изглед към морето. Тези на втория етаж с панорамна гледка, а на първия етаж с частична. Разположен точно пред плажната ивица и плажния бар, който осигурява храна и отстъпки за нашите клиенти. Katrin Luxury разполага с 43 инчови телевизори, бърз достъп до интернет, напълно оборудван кухненски бокс с чайник, тостер, микровълнова фурна, аспиратор, безплатен паркинг, сейф, ежедневно почистване. В непосредствена близост до имота има детска площадка, която работи целогодишно. Плажът и морското дъно са пясъчни, а водите плитки. Също така центърът на Нея Мудания е само на 500м
