Kavos House was built by the Vrettos family on the cape that still bears the family’s name to this day. For decades, this house was the family’s dream, a dream that eventually became reality through hard work, unwavering faith, and personal sacrifice. Today, we feel truly fortunate to enjoy our home exactly as we had always imagined it, and it brings us great joy to share this special place with our guests. The house you have chosen is situated in a unique location, just a stone’s throw from the sea, offering a wonderful sense of privacy and seclusion while remaining exceptionally easy to access. It is one of the few properties on the island that can be reached by any means of transportation, whether by car, bicycle, or boat. Even if you choose to enjoy a peaceful holiday without much traveling, you can easily stay here without a vehicle, as the house is only a 2-minute walk from the harbor, 5 minutes from the nearest restaurant, and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. If you wish to explore the island’s other villages, public bus services and taxis are readily available. The nearby village of Spartochori can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot via a beautiful scenic path surrounded by lush greenery. If you arrive by boat, you can safely moor it at Spilia Harbor and enjoy your stay without any concerns about its security. Our villa features two master bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request.

In the event that you have not visited Meganisi again: It is a quiet island, ideal for those who want to relax and spend carefree days in the sea and greenery. Our house is located near the village of Spartochori, one of the quietest and most picturesque villages of the island that offers a panoramic view of the sea, directly opposite the legendary Scorpio of Aristotle Onassis which today belongs to the Russian tycoon, Dmitry Rybolovlev. In Spartochori there are cafes, supermarkets, and traditional restaurants. However, the nightlife is concentrated in the village of Vathi, the coastal village of our island where you can enjoy your drink or food until the early hours of the morning. As for the largest village of the island, Katomeri, you will also try traditional food there and walk through its alleys. Our island is ideal for families and especially for small children, as our beaches are safe and wave-free. Also, in case of need, there are water taxis that take you directly to Lefkada.
