This luxurious apartment is situated at Kavouri, Vouliagmeni ,only a 35 mins drive from Athens , by the sea. Part of a 20 private apartment complex with breathtaking view , a well preserved garden and a large sea water , deep swimming pool. Our property covers a, totally made of marble, area of 92m2 , consists of two bedrooms,living and dining room connected with a fully equipped kitchen,marble made bathroom and floor ,four separate, individual balconies allowing guests to enjoy the fabulous 180degree and unobstructed sea view of the Saronic gulf ,the communal pool , the Athens Riviera, Lycabettus hill at a distance , nearby Voula and the beautiful surroundings. The communal salt water pool is used by other inhabitants of the complex and has no lifeguard hence responsibility of use rests solely on the guests.There is no shallow water hence children must not be left unattended at any time.Pool hours of use (Daily 0900am-1500pm and 1730pm-2030pm) must be followed and showering before swimming is mandatory. Diving is prohibited. Since 2022 there has been a substantial restoration of the apartment with 2 new 56'' tvs, new boiler, new bathroom facilities, new bedding , 2 sofas and new electrical equipment.Fully repainted and new cutlery provided. To keep you warm in the winter apart from the existing double insulated windows, airconditioners in each bedroom and the 2 mobile electric heaters for convenience we added a new bathroom heater as well as carpets in living room , seating area and both bedrooms. There are 3 comfortable tilting chairs that can be used by the pool. Guests are asked not to use the chairs or towels on the garden grass. The provided airer should only be used on the kitchen balcony only. PLease keep the noise down so as not to disturb the neighbours. Upon arrival we ask you for a 300Euro gtee in cash which is fully refundable-returnable on departure day after a quick flat check.

The apartment is just 18km from Athens and the Acropolis at a peacefull and safe neibourghood . From our garden, one can reach the sea in just 3 mins , a 10minute walk takes you to a organized sandy beach with umbrellas , seabeds and 2 coffeeshops and restaurants offering nice Greek food. The busy and trendy beach bar of Grabo is 8mins walk away and Zen club about 12mins.
