Welcome to the renovated house (detached home – 50 sq. m.) in Luro, Preveza! Ideal for families, it can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms (one double bed, one bunk bed) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The property features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 TVs (living room & bedroom). Additionally, there are 2 air conditioners, a heat pump, and a solar water heater. Free, secure parking for the safety of your vehicle. We are located just a 15-20 minute drive from the famous Monolithi Beach (the largest sandy beach in Europe) and the Canal. The organized beaches of Vrachos and Loutsa are about 25-30 minutes away. The location is a perfect base for day trips. Visit the Archaeological Site of Nicopolis and the Castle of Pantokrator (20 minutes), the Zalongo Monument (20 minutes), or the mythical Springs of Acheron and the Necromanteion (40 minutes), which are ideal for hiking and rafting. Don’t miss, of course, a stroll through the picturesque forest of Agios Varnavas. The picturesque town of Preveza, with its famous ouzo bars, and the historic city of Arta are just 25–30 minutes away. Aktio Airport (PVK) is approximately 35–40 minutes away.
