The 2,800m2 property spreads over 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Its proximity to many beaches, Matala and the Phaistos archaeological site makes it an attractive destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Kōa Villas are situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Kamilaris. Located just 200m away from the lively village, you will find a variety of tavernas, restaurants, and cafes while pharmacies, supermarkets, and butchers are located nearby for easy access. The town of Tymbaki is located just 7 km away and there you will find many daily amenities such as a pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, bakery and more. Matala is located 8, km away from the villas. Matala is one of the most popular tourist destinations of Crete and certainly the most famous beach of south Heraklion prefecture. It is famous for the carved caves in the rocks and the hippies of the ‘70s. There is a beautiful sandy beach, 300m long, with fine gravel and crystal clear deep water. Moreover, the seabed is quite rocky in some places (especially in the central part of the bach) and waves are common, due to frequent west winds. Furthermore, there is a huge cave on the north part of the beach, from the top of which some people dive. The beach is very well organized with umbrellas, toilets, showers, lifeguards, first aid, beach volley courts, snack bars, water sports, excursion boats, a camping site, etc.
