The villa "Komos Beach Estate" in southern Crete makes dreams come true! With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it sleeps seven people. Due to the successful architecture, the rooms are separated from each other, so that 3 couples can also spend a nice holiday here. Uninterrupted views of the coast, the mountain range to the north, and the surrounding countryside from all rooms. The highlight is the view of Kommos Beach, which is just a 7-minute walk away. The location is phenomenal with an amazing sunset. At the pool, 7 beautiful wooden loungers are waiting for you, the pergola then offers the necessary shade to relax outdoors even on sunny days. But also inside the villa leaves nothing to be desired! The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with the best mattresses, as a good night's sleep is arguably one of the most important things on holiday.
Komos Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete and is still a real insider tip for visitors to southern Crete. The fine sandy beach offers endless space and a lot of rest and relaxation. Nudists also feel comfortable on the beach of Komos and relax under the Cretan sun.

Our villa is a cozy property located in the south part of Crete. At our property, you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains and Kalamaki village. It is positioned in a secluded location between the villages Pitsidia and Kalamaki with easy access to all essential holiday facilities (such as shops, taverns and supermarkets).
Near to the villa passes the road going to Komos beach - this is the nearest beach, only 300m from the house. Other small villages such as Sivas, Kamilari, and of course the popular tourist resort Matala, where you can visit various family taverns and fish restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist shops. If you are a fan of archeology- 5 km away is the famous site Festos and Agia Triada not far away is Gortyna.
