Newly built luxury home in a neoclassical building next to the wave in the bay of Pedi. It features the comforts of a modern home. Fantastic views of both the sea and the upper country of the island. Ideal for lovers of swimming, diving, water skiing and fishing. Satisfies both those who are looking for quiet holidays and intense nightlife, as Pedi is only a few minutes from the main harbor of the island. It has a private parking and can accommodate 4 people. The strong point of the house is the proximity to the sea and the amazing view.

I'm an economist in the profession, I live and work in Rhodes. I love the sea, walking in nature, friends and good food.

In the area where the house is located, there are two restaurants and a mini market. The bus stop and the jetty from which the sea taxis start for the bays with the crystal blue waters are also very close. For those who enjoy walking, there is a nice path leading to a small bay of Agios Nikolaos where they can enjoy their swim.
