Family business, warm and intimate environment! Basic & simply neat, one-room rental rooms, 2 floors, with kitchenettes and all basic amenities, Category 2 keys. Check in after 14.00 until the evening - Check out 11.00. Late check out upon availability and request on the date of booking. Instructions for the key and access are provided. Access by stairs, no elevator. Cleaning* 09.30-10.30, applies to stays of more than 6 nights. Each one-room studio provides: 2 single beds or 1 double, in the Family rooms a bunk bed or armchair/sofa bed for the triple rooms. Bathroom with shower, wardrobe, table-chairs, balcony with mountain-street or castle-city view, clothesline, hairdryer, Free Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette, A/c, body cleaning supplies. Upon your arrival you will find clean, sterile, ready-made bed linen-towels, coffee, water and sugar. In detail: Equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave oven (oven in family rooms), toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwashing detergent. We can accommodate up to medium-sized pets, upon request. Babies up to 2 years old are accommodated free of charge and we provide them with a playpen, bottle warmer upon availability. Children over 16 years old are charged as adults. *Cleaning Policy: The change/making of these is done on the 5th to 7th day of your stay, provided that the stay is at least 7 nights or if it is necessary to change any of the existing ones or earlier, upon request. Cleaning is only done if you have left the room and have informed us that it is free between 09.30-10.30 & concerns: sweeping-mopping, garbage disposal, making or changing bed linen/towels. Extra cleaning is at an additional charge, ask us. The cleaning service is not included in offers or discounts. The cancellation policy is non-refundable for cancellations less than 90 days.
