We are pleased to announce that in Sutrali,Agria-Volos, at a distance of 150 meters from the beach, a newly built guesthouse with love and passion has been built and is operating in an area overgrown with orange and olive trees! The hotel is newly built, energy class A+, provides internet in all areas, closed circuit monitoring to the guard of your vehicles in the parking lot. In our area, the use of a swimming pool and a small bar with sunbeds and table seats is provided free of charge for the tenants, as well as parking. The place is located in a green and quiet environment with areas in front and behind the building for rest, swimming and walking in a three-acre estate next door.
