The booking property involves the 1st floor (Semi-basement 100 sq. m.) of a traditional villa). The apartment is equipped with all the necessary electric appliances (TV, Stereo System, Oven, Fridge, Dish & Clothes Washer, Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker, Water Boiler) as well with all the cutlery (plates, cups). There are 2 bedrooms (with 3 beds in each one) as well as 2 livings rooms with sofas and a fireplace
The house is located 5 minutes from the old bridge of Chalkida, in an area surrounded by olive trees in the countryside. The house garden has a lot of trees and plants at includes a private resting area fro guest
