We live and work with our family in Thessaloniki. We love this city and we will try to help you find out the best things to do! Usually I do not meet my guest, but I am allways arround and I answer to all the mails and phones. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Our small apart hotel has five studios and one apartment, each with a private kitchen to prepare breakfast and small meals. For multi-day reservations, the visitor takes care of the cleanliness of the area. Please respect and keep the studio clean. It is possible to use a washing machine for a charge of 5.00 euros per use. 🚗 PARKING IN OUR AREA: We do not have private parking, and parking in our area is difficult. Although parking in our area is free on the public streets, we do not recommend the use of a car. It is usually easier to find a spot before 16:00, while later in the evening it can sometimes be more challenging, depending on the time and the size of the vehicle. This is why we also advise guests not to use a car when visiting the town

The building is in the traditional old town of Thessaloniki. Most of the houses in this area are built with old style. Close to many byzantine monuments and churches, near to the old walls of the town and wonderful view. Taverns and mini market nearby. PARKING in our area: 🚗 Parking: We do not have private parking, and parking in our area is difficult. Although parking in our area is free on the public streets, we do not recommend the use of a car. It is usually easier to find a spot before 16:00, while later in the evening it can sometimes be more challenging, depending on the time and the size of the vehicle. This is why we also advise guests not to use a car when visiting the town center, but instead to walk, use the local bus , or take a taxi.
