The property includes two fully detached apartments: The "Holliday Home" and the " Two bedroom house". "Two bedroom house" features a private pool, garden, pergola dining and a pergola on an old threshing floor. The "Holiday Home" does not offer a private pool, but offers pergola dining & lounge with sea views. Inside, you’ll find spacious bedrooms with a king bed in master bedroom and high-quality mattresses and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The soft linens and large, modern bathrooms make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The open-plan living area includes a large, cozy sofa, a generous dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full home-cooked meal. Step outside to a serene garden filled with native plants, herbs and trees. Enjoy your meals in the shaded outdoor dining area under the pergola, taking in the scents and sounds of the Cycladic landscape. Please note that the first floor apartment is not rented, and the studio at the back shown in the photos is also not part of the rental. The setting remains quiet and private for comfort as well. The strategic location invites immersion in island treasures – from charming Aliki streets to Faragas Beach's enchanting shores. Access by car is very easy, and a car is strongly recommended — no need to drive through rough dirt roads or steep uphill slopes with sharp inclines. This strategic location places you just 5 minutes from Paros Airport and 15 minutes from the port. It also offers easy access to Parikia, the vibrant village of Naoussa and the picturesque fishing village of Aliki. Everything in the home has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, cleanliness, and peace — the perfect base for your Paros getaway.

Easy access to the accommodation in the settlement of Agkairia, on the ring road that connects the island. Agkairia is very close to Alyki, a lovely fishing village with a relaxed seaside atmosphere. It takes five minutes on foot to the public bus stop. Just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find ‘Crossroad’ for great coffee, fresh pies, tasty snacks, and homemade meals to take away. In Alyki, you can also enjoy two of the best restaurants in Paros, in my opinion: Aki’s Balcony and Mouragio. Marpissa and Piso Livadi, another lovely fishing village, are also within easy reach, about 20 minutes away. Near Piso Livadi, in the area of Logaras, you will also find Halaris, an excellent fish taverna. Lefkes, one of the island’s most beautiful traditional villages, is also about 20 minutes away. Dryos, a charming seaside village, is around 12-13 minutes from the property, and nearby Pyrgaki offers lovely beaches. In Dryos, you can enjoy the excellent restaurant Anna, serving very good home-cooked food and classic Greek cuisine, while Dryos Beach is about 10 minutes away. Beautiful beaches nearby also include Pisso Aliki, about 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, and Faragas, just 7 minutes by car and an ideal choice when the north wind blows. Naoussa is also close by and, via Parikia, the drive is about 30 minutes. In picturesque Alyki, you will also find the famous traditional bakery, known for its delicious sourdough bread, cheese pies, spinach pies, and sweets.
