Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses, and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese, and Athens, in line with the new promotional and management methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in, and recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions, and concierge services). La Villa in Havgas is a beautiful villa with a nice architectural style, located on the hillside of Havgas in Elounda. Arriving at the property, you will be greeted by the magnificent view of the Mirabello Bay and the island of Spinalonga on the horizon. The 300sq villa, can accommodate up to 10 guests, in 3 floors containing 5 bedrooms ( 1 with a King size bed, 3 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single that can be turned also in a double master bed), 5 Bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, a spacious modern living room (Television with satellite signal and Netflix, a BluRay DVD player) and a relaxation area containing a Home Cinema, Board Games, and an Xbox One videogame console. The villa also contains a laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer, as well as a second refrigerator and a second freezer. On the outside of the villa, you will find multiple choices for relaxation and dining, all perfectly landscaped throughout the garden: a large terrace covered by a pergola containing a summer kitchen (BBQ, refrigerator, sink) to enjoy your dinner while gazing the beautiful Cretan landscape, an infinity pool of 32 sqm ( 8m x 4m . heated in may or october with an extra charge of 100 euros per day, with a notice at least 3 days before arrival) and an exceptional relaxation area with a large wooden terrace surrounded by lush greenery. Behind the villa, you will find a 200sqm orchard, from which you will be provided with citrus fruits and seasonal fruits. Further on, there is a covered area where there is a table tennis table. An open-air parking lot that can fit up to 3 cars is available on the property. Please note that a security deposit of 1000 euros is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the departure date. Also, babies less than 1 year old are not accepted.
