Lagoon Luxury Villas is an exquisite collection of two brand-new villas. Lagoon Seaside Villa is set in prime position in the picturesque Panormo, a beautiful beach resort on the north coast of Rethymno. The Villa is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the lovely sandy beach, as well as it is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops, offering the opportunity of a Car free holiday. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available - Lagoon Seaside Villa offers direct sea views and is located on the front of the complex. - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. - Baby cot, high chair, potty available upon request. - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Our Path to a Sustainable Future Our Villa is designed with a commitment to environmental sustainability, featuring solar panels to harness renewable energy. This eco-friendly technology reduces the carbon footprint while providing a comfortable, energy-efficient stay. Climate Resilience Fee Currently not applicable, but any applicable law during your stay will apply. If introduced, it must be paid at check-in.

Lagoon luxury Villas are located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and are within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. For your outmost convenience, there is a bus stop 50 meters away from the Villa connecting you with Rethymno town.
