Welcome to our beautiful summer house just steps away from Lagouvardos Beach! This charming retreat offers the ultimate in comfort, style, and relaxation in a picturesque Mediterranean setting. With high-quality design and attention to detail, our 95 sqm house seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living.
The open-plan living area is flooded with natural light through large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Carefully chosen furnishings provide both comfort and elegance reflecting the local culture.
Our house features two beautifully designed bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer comfortable double beds and ample storage space.
With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests with the addition of a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, our house provides a comfortable stay for families or groups of friends.
The real highlight of our property is the meticulously designed garden, providing a tranquil oasis for relaxation. Immerse yourself in lush greenery and fragrant flowers as you find your favorite spot among the various outdoor seating and dining areas.

Our beautiful summer house is perfectly situated just steps away from the pristine Lagouvardos Beach, offering you an idyllic beach vacation in a picturesque Mediterranean setting. Lagouvardos Beach is known for its natural beauty and tranquility, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, beach games, and water sports for those who want to try surfing. There is also a beach bar where you can grab a refreshing drink or snack. If you are looking for some local flavour, the nearby villages of Marathopoli, Gialova, Kyparissia offer a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops where you can sample the best of Greek cuisine and culture. And for those who love outdoor activities, there are plenty of options for hiking, cycling, and exploring the natural beauty of the area. Voidokilia Beach and Costa Navarino are about 20 minutes away by car while Pylos and Methoni 30 and 45 minutes away respectively. The International Airport of Kalamata is 1 hour away by car.
