Nikiana, Lefkada, beachfront apartment 10 meters from the sea! There is a lavish lawn ideal for children and it's also equipped with showers. There are 2 large bedrooms, one of which with it's own kitchenette. Fully furnished in tradition style. An amazing apartment which is right on the beach front. The are two bedrooms, one of which is totally self sufficient. This is ideal for two couples. The living area is spacious and from the veranda you'll love to watch the sunrise and sunset. The perfectly kept lawn and garden area surrounding the apartment is perfect for children to play on. There are also private outdoor shower units for you to use after your swim. You'll be able to access all the areas of the apartment, the lawns of the apartment complex and the beach shower units. For those of you who enjoy trail running, you will find many wonderful routes to explore, starting directly from the apartment location.
I am a medical doctor originally from Lefkada. I have a passion for archery and middle distance competitive running.
You will find supermarkets, Fruit and vegetable shops, tavernas, bakeries, coffee shops and traditional souvlaki establishments ALL within walking distance! (2-10 minute walking radius.) Near (100m) to the apartment you can rent canoes or for the more nautically inclined, a small sailing boat (2/4 seater) Sailing lessons are also available. The apartment is roughly 12km from Lefkada town centre. A mere 8km from the extremely lively and popular Nidri harbour. (Where you will find a plethora of things to do Clubs, boat excursions and of course restaurants offering traditional and international cuisine. Landmark annual event: Every year in August, held in the town centre of Lefkada there is the international folklore dance festival.
