Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped property, ideally designed for families, groups of friends, or couples (up to 4 guests) looking for the perfect summer getaway in Chios. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, offering absolute relaxation and peace away from the noise and traffic of the city center. At the same time, it is strategically located just 1.3 km from the historic Castle of Chios and the main town market, and only 1.5 km from Chios Island National Airport, ensuring hassle-free arrivals and departures. One of the highlights of our property is the beautiful garden and veranda at the back of the house, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind during the warm summer nights of July and August. Additionally, for those traveling by car, there is free public parking available just 50 meters from the house, saving you from the stress of downtown parking. The space is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, featuring a functional kitchen for preparing meals, a washing machine, air-conditioning (A/C), and fast Wi-Fi.
