TWO VAULTS is a newly renovated 207 sq. m. residence, full with modern facilities and a private 35 sq. m. pool at the heart of Rethymno's old town. The land, where the building is situated, used to be the treasury of the Russian army, during their occupation of Crete. Located opposite Mitropoleos square, the property is encircled by restaurants, bars and shops. Rethymno's sandy beaches are just a stroll away from the villa. Renting a car is not necessary, as the bus stops are 5 minutes on foot. Nowadays, TWO VAULTS offers indoors and outdoors living and dining areas in the garden and on the upper level. There are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, gym area and a swimming pool that can be heated upon request. In the largest of the bedrooms, there are two sofa beds that are seperated from the main room with a sliding door, making it the perfect family room.

Despite being situated in the heart of Rethymno, TWO VAULTS offers quite and private moments. Cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops, bakeries, super markets, pharmacies are all within walking distance from the property. The house is surrounded by the cultural heritage of Rethymno, with the venetian harbor, Fortezza's castle, the archaeological museum and many more minutes away. Every Thursday and Saturday there is a flea market close to the house for those who want to buy fresh and locally grown fruits and vegetables.
