Liapades Cottage House is located at the beginning of the traditional village of Liapades and consists of a 2 floor building. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with 2 single bed sofas and a small bathroom. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms : master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Next door to the bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower.
Liapades is a medium-sized village located on the northwest side of Corfu, 4 km (2 miles) away from Palaiokastritsa and less than 2 km from Rovinia Beach. It has a quiet, agriculture-based economy during the winter. In the summer, the local industry mostly relies on the tourist trade, although the place is by no means mainstream. The closest supermarket and grocery store is 50 meters away. There is a pharmacy less than 20 meters away and within a 500 meters radius (5 mins walk) one can find lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.
