Our home is a blend of traditional serenity and modern comfort (Rustic-Chic). Nestled within a private, lush olive grove in Limenari, Filiatra, it offers absolute privacy and peace. The villa features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious veranda where you can enjoy your breakfast surrounded by nature, listening only to the soothing sounds of the countryside.
We are a family deeply connected to the Messinian land and the sea. This house was originally built for our own family vacations, which is why it has been created and equipped with genuine care. During the summer months, we are based in Patras, where we run our diving center, but we are always available to assist you with anything you might need. Our philosophy is simple: we want you to feel our home as your own.
Limenari is the most beautiful coastal corner of Filiatra. It is a quiet settlement, ideal for those seeking to escape the city's noise. The sea is just a short distance away, while a 5-minute drive brings you to the town of Filiatra for your shopping or a stroll in the main square, featuring the famous replica of the Eiffel Tower.
