The brand new complex of Limosa Luxury Residences, is located in a quiet location in the center of Kissamos, the largest town in western Crete, 200 meters from the organized beach. It consists of 6 two-storey houses of size 100-120 sq.m., which can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Each residence has spacious and bright rooms, decorated with special taste and unique quality. The king size beds have large hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows, the clothing is branded, while each bedroom has its own private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living room with 2 sofas-beds and a kitchen-dining area, characterized by quality, ergonomic and excellent equipment. The balconies and terraces are offered for family meals or moments of relaxation, while the whole residence is protected by autonomous alarm systems. At the sunny center of the complex there is a swimming pool surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, for free use by guests. Limosa Luxury Residences is the jewel of the area.
The staff of Limosa Luxury Residences is at the disposal of every guest 24 hours a day, in order to help in an unforgettable accommodation experience.
Just 200 meters from Limosa Luxury Residences you will find the organized beach of the area, while in 100 meters away the visitor can find a variety of sea-side restaurants, cafes, bars, super market. Additionally in 200 meters distance our gests can get in the traditional center of the town, where they can visit shops, banks, churches and our archeological museum. The local Health Center is locted in 500 m. distance. The town of Kissamos is located in a privileged spot at the northwestern tip of the prefecture of Chania and its central location offers the visitor accessible access to the city of Chania, as well as to the famous and award-winning beaches of the area, Balos, Falasarna and Elafonissi.
