This property was renovated in 2019 and is a detached house built in a traditional rustic style, characterized by the comfort and the functionality of the rooms, without missing the finesse and the style. Love for art is evident in the interior, where it is adorned with various paintings. One bedroom also features the traditional bridal bunk of 1940-50. But the above have been bond with the modern comforts of a new full kitchen, smart tv in all rooms and free wi-fi internet throughout the property! Garden furniture, BBQ and toys for young children are available to relax by sunbathing, or enjoying your dinner. A regular sized billiard can entertain you for hours and a shower in the garden, it will cool you whenever you want it! The property has a solar water heater and a 24-hour hot water supply. Also, the property is near to trekking trails. Upon arrival, a basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and water for your welcome will be waiting for you.

This property is located in Corfu's accessible and quiet spot, although it has a frontage on the main road to South Corfu. Moreover, it is located just 1450 meters from one of the best and awarded beaches of the island, which is "Issos" and is famous for its sandy beach, smooth draft, sand dunes and unique cedar forest. The beach is organized and has plenty of activities, while children can play in safe and shallow waters. In addition, the lake of Korissia is also a short distance away and, due to its biodiversity, it has been designated as a protected area and has been included in the "NATURA 2000" program.The lake hosts flamingos, bark beetles, many birds, fish and plants and many birdwatchers are visiting it each year. Within walking distance, there is a mini market, a bakery, a gas station and a small café. Several restaurants are nearby, while for evening getaways, Agios Georgios is just a 10-minute drive away. Finally, within a 10-minute drive, there is one of the oldest and most preserved villages of Corfu, Chlomos, from which many trekking trails start.
