Lizard is part of a 3-acre (12,000 sqm) property which is built on three levels offering privacy on each level. It reflects a state-of-the-art restoration of the original structure of four traditional stone-built agricultural residencies (including an old wood stove) built in the early 20th century. The interiors are furnished with emphasis on conventional elegance providing style, simplicity and comfort for its guests. The outdoor areas offer sheer delight throughout the day. The layout provides guests with multiple leisure alternatives and its terrace overlooks towards the Aegean Sea and Vagia beach. The surroundings of the house have been planted with a wide variety of trees and bushes in a truly Mediterranean yet Cycladic motif.
