LOC Hospitality Aparthotel Annunziata comprises four unique Studio-Suites on a newly-built and recently renovated building. Located by Annunziata square in Corfu’s Historical Center. The Studio-Suites demonstrate a modern design, and are custom-made to provide a comfortable stay to travelers who visit Corfu Town for business or leisure. You are kindly requested to note that we do not offer a physical reception so for your best service let us know of your arrival time by messages or call.

Neighborhood info

Surrounded by numerous shops, bars, pubs, restaurants as well as a few most significant historical sights, this central Aparthotel is the best neighborhood to stay if you want to experience the urban lifestyle of Corfu, also known as Kerkyra. The area has been named after the Annunziata church, from which today remains only the bell-tower. What’s most interesting, Annunziata used to be a nursing shelter for the injured during war and it’s the place where the well-known Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes finished his unique work Don Quixote, during his recovery.
