Neighborhood info

Perissa is situated in the south east part of the island and it is very famous due to its' black sand beach. The area is frequently service by the local bus and accomodates many hotels, restaurants, beach bars, water sports, a rock climbing field on the mountain of ancient thira. There is a tattoo art shop and many clothes and jewellery shops. There is a museum of relics and fossils and the ruins of a medieval church at the root of the mountain. From there also starts a hike, or a donkey trail which takes people u the mountain and inside Ancient Thira. Santorini and Greece in general is one of the safest places in the world. You don't have to be afraid of anything around here! Just relax and enjoy!
